This hands-on position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of fabrication processes for new printed electronic products that meet customer requirements – including product performance, quality standards, cost and delivery.
SCOPE: Research and Development, Process and Product Qualification and Design for Manufacturing of custom and novel conductive adhesives across various electronics applications
B.S / MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials and/or Polymers Engineering, or related engineering discipline with emphasis on R&D, Design for Manufacturing and/or Custom Engineering.
US citizenship – due to heavy government/DOD work
Hands-on, strong problem solving skills
Electrical Engineer (BS with 10+years direct experience or MS with 4+years direct experience) or Materials / Chemistry background with work experience in Electronics
Printed Electronics / Packaging Electronics – knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT)
Experience in working with conductive adhesives – conductive films, conductive inks, epoxiesDirect work experience includes:
Production / Operations background
Conductive material formulation development
Experience in setting up quality systems and / or procurement/supply chain
